He was born on June 1, 1933 in Mexia, Texas. He was an Air Force veteran, 1954-1962; member of Masonic Lodge of Texas; member of National Society of Professional Engineers; Masters graduate of Stanford University Executive program; retired Senior V.P. Special Project Heavy Divisions for H.B. Zachry Construction Co.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Juanda Rae Williams, children: Venita Williams, Sally Williams Binge, Lance Allen Williams; grandchildren: Marcus Jarod Box and wife Victoria Box, Gabriel Box, Jacob Binge, Annabelle Binge, Presley Williams; great grandchild: Oliver Box; and his ever constant companion "Buckey".
