Tahereh passed away on Oct. 18th in Saskatoon, SK at the age of 85 years. She was born in Sarvestan, Iran and moved to Canada in 1990. Tahereh was a devoted wife, mother and sister. She was a carpet weaver, a dedicated homemaker and a welcoming host. Tahereh would and did go to the ends of the earth for her family. She offered many years of service to her community and the Baha’i Faith in Iran. She and her husband were away from their children for over twelve years before they reunited in Canada. Her later years were blessed with the company of her children and the arrival of grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Tahereh is lovingly remembered by her children Ahmad (Vivian) of Vancouver, WA, Mahmoud of Saskatoon, Mahnaz (Archie) of Swift Current, Masoud (Vida) of Saskatoon and Mehran of Saskatoon as well as numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
