A service celebrating the life of Tabitha Priscilla Lynn will be held Friday, June 18, 2021, 10:00 AM at the graveside in Centuries Memorial Park. Visitation with the family will be 9:00 AM until service time at Centuries Memorial Funeral Home, 8801 Mansfield Road, Shreveport, Louisiana. Honoring her has pallbearers are Chris Ross, Caleb Miears, Zach Miears, Shane Miears, Jamie Barringer and Chase Clarke
Priscilla graduated from Byrd High School in 1953. After high school, she went to Louisiana Tech and while there, met the love of her life, Benoit Lynn. They were married for 59 years and had four children.
Priscilla retired from the American Cancer Society. She was a member of John Calvin Presbyterian Church.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Doc Benoit Lynn, parents William Paxson Zeigler and Lillian Wells Zeigler, brothers James Zeigler and William P. Zeigler, Jr. and sister Lucille Merrill.
She is survived by her sons Walton B. Lynn wife Marilyn, Gregory S. Lynn and wife April, daughters Pam Ross and husband Mark, Melissa Moore and husband Steve; also her grandchildren Jennifer Chapman, Jessica Barringer and husband Jamie, Chris Ross and wife Lindsey, Katie Clarke and husband Chase, Caleb Miears and wife Meghan, Zach Miears, Shane Miears, Emily Miears, Stephanie Moore and Rachel Taule, as well as eleven great-grandchildren. Priscilla had a very special place in her heart for Marjory Akins, Pauline Zeigler and Claudia Engi.
Priscilla's passion was her family and she spent some wonderful and happy times with all of them. She was very proud of each one. She loved the Lord with all her heart and practice that everyday by her actions toward others.
