

Born on February 10, 1942 in New Britain, he was the son of the late Carmelo “Barney” Pali and Viola (LaPorta) DiMassa.
For much of his life Francis worked as a machine operator but also was an accomplished carpenter and skilled in building houses. He was a longtime member of the Elks Club and loved to play pool with his buddies on Mondays and Thursdays. He was a fan of the Dallas Cowboys and enjoyed watching Nascar racing, driver Mark Martin, and even raced cars himself.
In addition to his wife Donna, Francis is survived by his daughters Shelly Nadwairski and her husband James, and Melissa Bonito; his brother Robert Bruzik; his sisters Doreen Antonelli and Debra DeAngelo; grandchildren Lauren, Kyle and Delaney Nadwairski, Cody Paul D’Orazio, and Bailey Bonito; as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins. He is predeceased by his sister Josephine Burdick, granddaughter Briana Nadwairski, and son-in-law Brady Bonito. Francis was excited to meet his great-granddaughter Alyx who his family is expecting very soon.
