Beverly Cooper

Beverly Cooper, 49, of Springfield, died at 10:01 a.m. on Tuesday, March 15, 2005 at St. John’s Hospital. She was born January 13, 1956 in Springfield the daughter of Donald and Marie Carolton Rutherford. She married Gary W. Cooper May 13, 1990 in Springfield. Mrs. Cooper attended Lincoln Land Community College. She worked for Tops Big Boy when she was younger and then McDonald’s and most recently worked for Complete Care. She attended United Pentecostal Church and First Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; two sons: Mark and William Gronwall; one sister: Sandra Mort; one brother: Harold Robinson and nephew: Bryan Robinson. She is survived by her husband: Gary of Springfield; two sons: Gary F. Cooper of Taylorville, Robbie Cooper of Apache Junction, AZ; two daughters: Sarah Cooper of Springfield, Donna Rutherford of Auburn; two grandchildren; three sisters: Janet Pendal of Springfield, Sharon Deheve of Warner Robins, GA, Pamela Aldridge of Missouri; three brothers: Don Rutherford of Virden, Dale Rutherford of Auburn and Robert Rutherford of Missouri and many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. Saturday, March 19, 2005 at Kirlin-Egan and Butler Funeral Home, 900 S. 6th St. Springfield. Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 Saturday, March 19, 2005 at Kirlin-Egan and Butler Funeral Home with Pastor Joe Harrod officiating. Graveside services will be at 1:00 p.m. Monday, March 21, 2005 at Camp Butler National Cemetery.
