Pearl O. Hanselman, 95, of Chatham, IL passed away on Wednesday, August 28, 2019 at Heritage Health, Springfield, IL. Family and friends may gather on Saturday, October 5 at 12:30 p.m. at Springfield First United Methodist Church, 2941 S. Koke Mill Road, Springfield, IL. A memorial service will begin at 1:30 p.m.
She was born on December 4, 1923 in Sesser, IL daughter of Charles & Corrine (Williams) Ogilvie. Throughout her life she loved to cook, sew, travel and play bridge.
She is survived by two children; Rebecca (Glen) Crawford of Missouri City, TX and Michael (Pamela) Beaman of Chatham, IL. Seven grandchildren; Robert Thomas Beaman III, Clinton Dwight (Victoria) Beaman III, Jason (Bernadette) Beaman, Brandon Beaman, Courtney (Chris) Bonham, Ryan Crawford, and Rachel Beaman; and five great-grandchildren; Logan Beaman, Lauren Beaman, Colby Beaman, Madeleine Bonham, and Harlow Bonham.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Robert Hanselman; her brothers, Fred and Paul; a son, Robert Thomas Beaman, Jr., and great granddaughter, Riley Bonham.
