Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 11, 2011 at North York General Hospital at the age of 87. Beloved husband of Inga for 60 years. Proud father of Ingo and his wife Marianne. Cherished Grandpa of Tasmin and Caleb. Predeceased by his sister Inge and brother Erich both of Germany. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 15, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles). In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of your choice.
