
Ernest Victor Andersen III, Loving Husband, Father & Grandfather, passed away suddenly from heart issues on March 2, 2023. He leaves behind his loving wife Bonney Andersen, his son Dustin Andersen, grandson Elijah Andersen, his daughter Tara Andersen Serena, granddaughter Ashlyn Serena & grandson Jacob Oliveira, ( sisters & brothers) Kathleen Carrociao, Donna Lloyd, Timothy Anderson, Gregory Andersen as well as nieces and nephews. Also his stepson Richard Bennett, step granddaughter Rylee Bennett,
He will be greatly missed by his golden retriever Toby. Ernie is very proud of his family. He is proceeded in death by his Father Ernest V Andersen II, Mother Joan Wetzler Andersen also his Brother Wayne Andersen.
In life Ernie was a Veteran of the Vietnam War and a VERY PROUD MARINE~ His journey in life after his time in the service was union welding, carpentry and other area of the construction industry, from which he became disabled after a work accident. Ernie learned to adapt in many ways after his work accident.There was not much he could not or would not do. He learned to overcome his surroundings in order to perservere.
His passion was to proudly cruise on his (100th Anniversary Edition DYNA/ 2003 Lowrider Harley Davidson) which he converted to a trike. Ernie enjoyed long rides through Arcadia, Sarasota and the town of Englewood. He enjoyed riding with his wife Bonney and sometimes among other riders. He loved to ride daily when he was able.
He also loved to sit by the fire in his yard where he had full access. Ernie was a LONG TIME, avid fan of The New England Patriots. Ernie had a large generous heart, he gave to many charities. He will be missed by family and many friends.
