Time is running so fast. We had our first Disney World Visit with Linda and Dimitri together. We just friends but they treat us like her own family. We will never forget him and we will never stop being in contact with all of you. We love you all. Thank you so much that we can be a part of you all.

Dimitri was a fine human being and friend.  His presence will be missed by all.  The next generation needs to step up and continue his legacy as a strong leader and a good brother.

I had the distinct pleasure of working with Dimitri for many years with FPL.  Dimitri was never afraid to speak up and let everyone know where he stood on Safety.  He cared about everyone and wanted to make sure they worked safe each and every day and that they would go home safe to their families and friends.  He never sugar coated his words which always made his intent clear.  He will be dearly missed by his FPL family !! My deepest condolences to the Family.

I was fortunate enough to share an office with Dimitri for a couple of years. Being the new kid on the block, Dimitri was always generous with his time. We may go months without seeing each other but he always welcomed me with a smile and that big handshake. He always made those long days and late nights more enjoyable.  Anyone that spent time with him knew of his unwavering passion for his work and spending time with his family. He will be greatly missed and his legacy will live on within those lives he touched. My thoughts and prayers are with Linda and the family. I’ll miss you big guy! 

We all will miss Dimitri, he was a loud giant with a good heart for family, FPL & employee’s. I worked with him in the field and worked under him. He was a good friend and I will missed.

I worked with Dimitri often in my tenure with FPL, and I appreciate having known him. He was always friendly, honest, tough when he had to be, fair, caring and highly intelligent. He treated everyone with respect and was respected by everyone.  FPL and Central Maintenance is better because Dimitri was an important part, and his legacy will last.
My sincerest condolences and prayers for Dimitri's family and friends.

A kind soul. Worked many years at FPL with him and he always had a warm hello.  My thoughts are with his family and their tremendous loss.  He will be missed by many.  

I had the pleasure of working with Dimitri for many years. He was an inspiration to many with his strong work ethic, and balanced commitment to his family. His personality and larger than life voice are things I will always remember and carry with me. My sincere condolences to Linda and family - he will be missed.


I only knew him for a short while during my time with FP&L, but what a nice guy. He always had a smile and never met a stranger. Sad to hear this.  My condolences to his family. I'm sure he will be missed greatly.

Dimitri, a True FPLer. I traveled the state with him.  Prayers for your family through these hard times.

I have  worked with him for many years at FPL and always enjoyed working with him. I always learned every time we talked. I’m so sorry to hear of this loss. He will be missed. 

Although I had not seen Dimitri in many years I remember working and socializing with him when he was at the Lauderdale plant. I can still hear his deep voice saying "Hey Joe Wooten come look at this" and I would respond by saying "what do you want Dimitri Georginow" and we would have a good laugh. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family.

My thoughts and prayers are with you, Linda, and your beautiful children. May your love for each other and your family fill your heart and may, in time, your memories bring you peace and joy.

He was such a wonderful provider for his family, and the most wonderful husband to my dear daughter, Linda Beth.....Dimitri will be missed by us all.     I will always remember his strength, and the love for his family.    RIP, Dimitri.    Sooner or later, we will all be together once again.

Our sympathies are with your family.   I remember all the days Zack went to your house after band practice and how your husband was so proud of your family.   I also remember the day my car almost fell off the culvert in your driveway.  That was pretty scary 

He will be missed. As you said may his memory be a blessing.   He lives on in all of you. 

As much as I enjoyed working with you throughout the years ...., I enjoyed our friendship more. .... you will be missed.

My sincerest condolences to Dimitri's Family.  I never met Dimitri's family, but want you all to know that he was a cherished member of his FPL family. Dimitri was a terrific guy and it was a pleasure to work with him, He will be sorely missed.

Dimitri and I served on the USS Forrestal together.  He was a good friend and a good man.  He was also one of the five guests at our wedding in 1979.  We are so very sorry for your loss.  Our prayers are with your family.
