He was born June 29, 1958 in Wilmington to Barbara Everett Sanders and Norman James Sanders, Sr. and was preceded in death by his Father.
Bill was a loving son, father, and brother and a very caring individual. He was a loyal fan of the Chicago Cubs and an avid NASCAR fan. Bill also loved fishing and gardening.
In addition to his Mother, he is survived by his brother Jim Sanders; four sons, William Bryan Sanders, Jr., James Sanders and wife Deanna, Joshua Sanders, and Matthew Sanders; seven grandchildren; two nephews, Nathan Sanders and Rusty Sanders; an uncle, Ernest Bryant, Sr.; and seven cousins, Susan Willis, Georgia Willis, Ernest Bryant, Jr., Robert Sanders, Jimmy Sanders, Michael Sanders, and Norman Sidbury.
Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 26, 2021 at Greenlawn Memorial Park with Rev. Skip Williams officiating.
