He was born January 23, 1935 in Fairfield County, Ohio, son of the late William A Grover and Beatrice Areldge Grover. Don was a farmer and retired from Crown Zellabach.
He was preceded in death by his wife Ladonna R. Poling Grover, daughter, Donita Jeannine Lehman; brother, Gary Grover, sisters, Norma Gieseck, Dolorus Russell, Linda Smith, Sharon Harmon and his faithful dog Charlie.
He is survived by daughters, Arlene Elaine Becker and Christina Marlene Pierce; grandchildren, Nicholas Becker, Kevin Becker, Ethan Becker, Ian Malachai, Stacy Grover, and Laura Pierce, 6 great grandchildren; brothers, Robert Grover, David Grover and James Grover; sisters, Donita Boyer and Vickie Detwiler; nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends Monday September 20, 2021 from 5 to 8pm at the Halteman-Fett & Dyer Funeral Home and one hour prior to the funeral service on Tuesday. Funeral Services will be held 10:00 a.m. Tuesday at funeral home with Burial at Carroll Cemetery.
