Design a custom funeral service
Our focus on personal care enables Behm Funeral Homes the ability to design thoughtful custom funeral and memorial services. We understand how special your loved one is and how unique their story is to family and friends. Our Jefferson funeral home team will listen for details and take those to create a tribute that celebrates their life. When life is well celebrated, the healing can begin.
In addition to creative funeral service options, we also offer plenty of space to spend time with friends and family. Our funeral home hosts both small and large groups. We provide everything families need to receive comfort and share fond memories during this emotional time.

Our funeral care story
Behm Funeral Homes started in 1961 when Frank J. Behm purchased the Lucas Funeral Home from John P. Lucas, who started the business in 1928. The funeral home has a long tradition of serving the residents of eastern Greene County in a compassionate and dignified manner. In 2010, Behm Funeral Homes joined the Dignity Memorial® network of funeral, cremation and cemetery service providers across the U.S. and Canada.
We continue our dedication to supporting families at difficult times, celebrating the significance of lives and preserving memories that transcend generations.
