    Donald D Sagarino

With nearly 5 decades of funeral service, Donald says he learned from the best: Both of his parents were funeral directors. "There are two important things my father always told me," he says. "The first is that we have no competitors, only colleagues. The second is that we are a service to the community." With those principles in mind—and with trust, integrity and compassion as core values—Donald built his storied career. His goal with every funeral is to help a family celebrate the life of their loved one in a way that the family will long cherish.

Donald and his wife, who is also a funeral director, live in New Britain. They have one daughter. He is a member of New Britain Rotary, Shuttle Meadow Country Club, Generale Ameglio Society, Sons of Italy, Calabria Mia Society, Italian Independent Political Club of Berlin and The Boys & Girls Club of New Britain, among others.
