Born and raised in Ohio, Kristine first felt called to serve grieving families as a young teenager. In high school, she volunteered at a funeral home. She earned a bachelor's degree in interpersonal communication from Bowling Green State University and a mortuary science degree from the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science. Today, as a licensed funeral director and embalmer, Kristine is committed to compassionately caring for each family while celebrating each life lived with dignity and honor.
Kristine lives in Fairview with her husband and their 2 children. They are members of the First United Methodist Church in McKinney. Kristine is an accomplished pianist and enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She makes a point to find blessings in each and every day—always looking on the bright side.
Madeline Leigh Jacobs
Originally from Greenville, South Carolina, Madeline Jacobs has lived in the Dallas, Texas, area for over 16 years and considers herself an honorary Texan. She currently attends the Dallas Institute of Funeral Service where she is set to graduate later this year and is the chaplain of Pi Sigma Eta. Madeline looks forward to becoming a licensed funeral director and embalmer so she can help families find comfort and peace following the loss of a loved one. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, watching movies and attending concerts.
Adriana Lizette Ruiz De Velasco
Adriana Ruiz De Velasco has served grieving families since 2008. She earned a mortuary degree from the Dallas Institute of Funeral Service in 2012 before becoming a funeral director at Moore Funeral Home.
Adriana lives in Arlington and volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters. In her free time, she attends sporting events and concerts, practices yoga and meditation and hangs out with her puppy, Jaxson.
