Rosary will be said at 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at Memorial Park Funeral Home Chapel of Memories.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 9, 2016 at Memorial Park Funeral Home Chapel of Memories.
Mass of Christian Burial will be at Llano Cemetery by Memorial Park Funeral Home, 6969 I-40 East.
Sibie was born December 30, 1931 in Lockhart. She was heavily involved with Los Guadalupanas at St. Laurence Catholic Church. Sibie loved cooking, barbequing and also playing bingo and cards. She always found time to have prayer with the sick; she would do anything for anybody in need. Above all, she was a good mom who loved being together with her family.
Sibie was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jesus Cardenas and her son, Jesus Cardenas, Jr.
Sibie is survived by her sons, David Cardenas and wife Alma of Amarillo and Edward Mojica and wife Yvonne of Georgia; daughter, Anna Waldrop and husband Dick of Lubbock; sisters, Tommie Guerra and Rosie Montoya both of Austin, Massachusetts and Mary Feliz of San Antonio; she is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
