Lester E Williams

Lester (Les) E. Williams passed away on Saturday, January 28, 2017. He was born on July 8, 1919 in Almena, Kansas, Phillips County to Arville and Mary Williams. He is preceded in his passing by his parents. Lester married Mary L. (Smith) Williams in 1959 until her death in 2000. Lester is also preceded in his passing by his brothers; Lawrence Williams, Virgil (Inez) Williams, Gene (Beth) Williams. He is survived by nephews; James, Ronald, Bruce, Roger and Steven; niece; Mary Lou Gerou. WWII Army of the United States 1941 ~ 1945, Sergeant, Asiatic Pacific Campaign-Bronze Star, Guadalcanal Campaign. He worked as a Electrician, Journeyman Electrical Lineman and belonged to Veterans of Foreign Wars, Verle Huffman Post 9644, Englewood, CO and Elks Fraternal Organization, Englewood, CO Memorials: Veterans of Foreign Wars, Verle Huffman Post 9644, Englewood, CO
