Mrs. Blackburn was married to the late Lt. Col. George Morgan Blackburn. She was born in 1934 to the late T.E. Blount and Mary Blount Hamilton of Savannah.
She is survived by daughter and son-in-law, Jerri and Tom Bailes of Athens; daughter, Tranna Lee Rogers of Savannah; grandchild, Morgan Weeks and husband, Aaron; great-grandchildren, Elijah and Anna Weeks.
Services will be held Wednesday, June 14 at 10:45 a.m. at Baker-McCullough Funeral Home, Bonaventure Chapel in Savannah. Visitation will be held from 10-10:45 a.m., prior to the service. A graveside service will follow at 11:15 a.m. at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
