She was born November 11, 1953 in Henderson, Texas. She married her high school sweetheart, Clifford Gus Graef of Creedmoor, Texas, They were married for 37 years. She was employed with Teco Insurance Agency until she retired in 1997 to care for her mom, dad, and children.
Lisa was a loving and caring wife, a wonderful mother, sister, aunt, and best friend! She recently became a grandmother in January 2020 to RaeLynn LeeCole, our lil' Rae of Sunshine. RaeLynn brought the most joy to her life. Anyone who knew Lisa, knew she was just like her daddy, Victor, with a little bit of attitude and a whole lot of stubbornness! We often referred to her as Victor Junior. She was fun loving and full of life. Arts & crafts and bingo were her two biggest hobbies. She rarely missed bingo nights and thoroughly enjoyed doing for others anytime she could. She also loved going to Louisiana to play the slot machines, and road trips with her sister, Toni.
Lisa is survived by her daughter, Ashley Graef; son, Clinton Graef; granddaughter, RaeLynn LeeCole Graef-Serna of Buda, Texas; sister, Toni Brown of Austin, Texas; and a number of nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by father, Victor Forister; mother, Reba Forister (Nesbitt); and brothers, Gary Forister, Ronald Forister, and Thomas Forister.
