Born in Bertram, TX, and raised in Liberty Hill, she graduated from Liberty Hill HS. She trained as a scrub nurse and worked at Seton Hospital and with Dr. Exline. She was the secretary/bookkeeper for ELK Electric Inc. Lois served her community with involvement in girl and boy scouts, PTA, Bible class leader, Run Away Hotline, Rape Crisis, and Battered Women. She loved God, her country, and her family.
Lois is preceded in death by her parents Chester and Lillian Williams, six brothers Thurman, Orvil, James, Harvie, Chester, David, one sister Wilma, and her husband of 64 years Earl.
Survivors are four sisters Jean Crumley, Charline Schoener, Christine Wood, Ida Bonnet, two sisters-in-law, Tina Kanetzky, and Sissy Stanford, three children(spouses), Steve, Donna (Bruce), and Mike (Kim), and seven grandchildren: James, John, Shane, Sarah, Mikayla, Haley, Erika, and four great-grandchildren Eli, Abby, Elayna and Connor. A visitation will take place at 10:00 AM and a funeral service will follow at 12:00 PM for Lois will be held Sunday, June 5, 2022 at Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Funeral Home and Memorial Park. We thank all the caregivers.
