She was preceded in death by her husband, Manuel G. Martinez; son, Perry A. Martinez; daughter, Mary Medellin.
Sallie is survived by her children, Lucky Urias, Sallie Lozano, Manuel Martinez Jr., Tony Martinez, Josephine Rodriguez and Carla Ruiz; 24 grandchildren; 44 great-grandchildren; 15 great-great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be from 12:00 pm – 3:00 pm and from 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm on Thursday, May 24, 2012 at Weed Corley Fish Funeral Home, 2620 South Congress.
Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held at 4:30 pm on Thursday, May 24, 2012 at Cristo Rey Catholic Church. Mass of the Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 am on Friday, May 25, 2012 at Cristo Rey Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery.
