Barbara was born on December 27, 1939 in Staten Island, New York to John J. and Helen (Fichtl) Hart. She was a retired secretary for the State of New Jersey.
She was preceded in death by her sons; Michael and Daniel Colca.
Survivors include her son, Roy Colca and wife Madeline of Brooklyn, New York; brothers, John J. Hart, Jr. and his wife Kay of Naples, Florida and George Hart of Budd Lake, New Jersey; sisters, Suzanne Murrell and husband Stanley of Wantage, New Jersey and Kimberly Kramer of Vero Beach, Florida; former sister-in-law, Jennifer of New Jersey and six grandchidlren.
