Ester Fullilove was born October 23, 1920 in Mississippi. He was raised by his aunt and uncle. He served in the military at an early age. It was then that he met and married the love of his life Catherine Bishop and remained devoted for 57 years.
Ester and his wife Catherine moved to Los Angeles, California in 1953. To that union seven children were born. Barbara, Ester, Betty, Lesa, Debra, Floyd, and Clyde.
Ester continued to work for the government. He later worked for the veteran’s administration then, later worked for the Federal building in Los Angles as a professional painter and GSA (General Service Administration). He was truly devoted to taking care of his family.
Ester passed away on November 7, 2019 at 12:30 am. The love of his life Catherine preceded him in death on May 9, 2006. He leaves to cherish wonderful memories, Barbara Tisdale of Rancho Cucamonga, Ester Laverne Williams and Betty Bernard her husband David and Lesa Fullilove all of Carson, California, Debra Turner of Ontario, California and Clyde Fullilove (Preceded him in death). His loving Stepdaughters Vera Clay (Preceded him in death) Roxie Brown, of Las Vegas, Nevada and Merline Anderson, of St. Lois, Missouri. Along with a host grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends.
