Francis S. Henry

Born in Washington Twp. He was the oldest of 10 children born to Anthony Y. and Marion (Snyder) Henry.

Francis was a past member of St. Columbkill Roman Catholic Church where he served as a Eucharistic Minister.

He worked on his parents' farm and was later employed at B.F. Goodrich as a tire builder.

He was a past Cub Master of the Bally Pack 586 for several years and enjoyed fishing, hunting and gardening.

Francis is survived by his children, Barbara wife of Paul Yost of Barto. Rosanna wife of Tobe Robbins of Spokane, WA. Francis C.”Fritz”, widower of Joanne Henry and Leo husband of Karen Henry of Pottstown. Grandchildren, Rev. Richard C. Brensinger, Chaplain of St. Christopher Catholic Newman Center, Kutztown and Lori A. wife of Richard Kummerer of Pottstown. Great grandchildren, Alexis and Alex Kummerer at home. Siblings, Paul of Boyertown, Ivo of Bechtelsville, Joseph of Pennsburg, Margaret Stauffer of Barto, Mary Kuterbach of Spring City and Esther Bauer of Barto. Francis is also survived by his beloved grand dog Max, who visited him regularly. He is predeceased by his siblings Leon, Peter and Josephine Henry.

A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at Most Blessed Sacrament Church 610 Pine St. Bally, PA. 19503. on Friday October 26, 2018 at 11:00 AM.

Family and friends may call at church on Friday from 10:00 to 10:45 AM.

Burial will be in the Church Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Most Blessed Sacrament Church, St. Columbkill RCC, 200 Indian Springs Rd. Boyertown, PA. 19512 or to Seasons Hospice care of the Funeral Home.
