The family wishes to convey their deepest gratitude to Fr. Derek Lappe, Deacon Bill Hamlin, the organizations of Star of the Sea, the caring staff at Bay Pointe Retirement Community, Kaiser Home Health/Hospice. We extend special thanks to our cousin Judy Truemper Dodds, R.N., whose invaluable nursing background navigated us all through Mary’s final weeks.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you today and in the future as you adjust to this loss. Your mom, grandmother, aunt was a lovely person who always accepted us as part of her extended family. We certainly appreciated her many prayers for us along the way.

Joey, Ed, Geri, Tom and Donna I am so sorry to hear of your dear Mom’s passing. She was such a sweet, friendly person, she always made everyone feel welcome. It was a joy and a privilege to have known her and your Dad, Phil. Our parents had such a wonderful life long friendship and Dad was so happy to have spent his last couple years in the same assisted living as Mary. She's surely happy to be reunited with your Dad, Phyllis and Janet and to be welcomed by her many friends.
