Dear Shepard FamilySo saddened to hear of Todd's untimely passing.  My classmate and fraternity brother at FSU, I cannot tell you how much joy and laughter Todd brought to the ATO house.  No one could shock and amaze a group of young men like Todd! I just found out yesterday that God has taken Todd from us last week. OMG!!! I am numb with pain and loss. Not many people knew that we were close friends, but it was Todd who always brought a smile to my face. It was always Todd who called or texted me to make sure I was happy. Todd was the one who made the transition from CT to FL bearable, with his silly lil' "love" notes, support, and friendship. I will miss him so much. He was like a brother to me! God Bless Todd & his family, and give his family some comfort knowing that Todd made a huge impact on many people's lives & we will always carry fond memories of our sweet buddy, who has left us all too soon!

My deepest condolences to the Shepard family, Teresa and to all that knew and loved Todd.Todd and I became friends in first grade and we remained close all through high school and even college. We had so many laughs and adventures.  And, he was a true confidant and friend to so many of us throughout the years.  Todd always had a genuine concern and interest in his friends and went out of his way to make us all smile and laugh.  I was so glad that we were able to reconnect in recent years. Being a UF graduate, I really enjoyed how Todd tried to build my enthusiasm for my son’s choice to go to FSU.  Todd was a proud Seminole and took great pleasure in cheering on Evan during his first year of college and watching his accomplishments each step of the way.   And, of course, Todd and I were there for each other when we learned about the loss of our very dear friend Laurie.  It is so hard to believe that our dear Todd is gone.  I am so thankful he was surrounded by such a loving family, girlfriend and friends.  They were all amazing, but Todd was equally amazing back.  I will miss him so much.  I won’t forget you, buddy.  Luv ya, Denise

My deepest sympathy to the Shepard family at this time. Todd was so precious - always smiling. I''ll always hold dear that 6th grade dance and a shy little 11 year old, asking me to be his partner in the dance contest. I had no idea how good he was! We won and the next day, I was passed a sweet note in class, folded into a little square and written in pencil. I am happy to say I have it still, in my memorabilia of years past. There will be a huge void in the lives of all that knew him. I call "first dance" up there one day, Todd, just for old times sake. God bless you and we miss you.

I'm sorry for the loss of Todd and the Shepard family is in my thoughts and prayers.  May you ride on the wings of Angels Todd!  You will definitely be missed!

On behalf of the HHS Class of 78 we send our thoughts and prayers to Todd's family and friends.  Todd was a great friend to many of us and will be sorely missed.  His love of life, humor and friendship will never be forgotten.

My heart feels so much sadness for your lose, Todd was a wonderful man and a great friend from my childhood through many years of my adult life. From a big brother to the best man at my wedding to my facebook psychologist. He was a wonderful friend always concerned, caring and loving.  We all now have a guardian angel with a sense of humor like no other. Todd no long is in pain and has  an eternity of beauty. God rest his soul and I know he will be waiting for each of us at the gates of heaven " with a joke of course". I will miss you my friend, loved you as a brother.

I didn't know Todd all that well, but I remember him being the nicest guy you ever want to meet.  My thoughts and prayers go out to the Shepard family at this time.  

I just can''t believe that he is gone and will not be part of our lives from this point on. He was a wonderful man and I loved him dearly. y thoughts and prayers go out to all the family and friends. May we always keep him in our hearts and learn to laugh and enjoy life like he did.

He was crip to my gimp.  We both walked funny.  He made it a little easier to be  that way.  That was him, making things a little easier through laughter.  I had just seen him at breakfast the Saturday before, he and Teresa and I, as he explained to her I don't eat eggs.  God, please take him your hands and keep his humor and kindness alive.
