Dalton Robertson, 84, of Pfafftown passed away on Monday, February 14, 2011. He was born in Forsyth County to Katherine Hutchison Robertson and Howard Davis Robertson (both have preceded him in death).

He worked 38 years for Hanes/Sara Lee before retiring.

On Oct. 16, 1946, Dalton married Ruth Winfrey Robertson.

Dalton was a member of Shallowford Baptist Church.

Surviving are his wife, Ruth; son, Larry Robertson and wife Brenda; grandsons, Dustin H. Robertson and Douglas L. Robertson; sister, Hazel Fishel; brother, John Robertson and wife Jane; and several nieces and nephews.

A Graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 17, 2011 at Forsyth Memorial Park with Pastor Bill James, Jr. officiating. A visitation will be Wednesday February 16, 2011 at Vogler and Sons Reynolda Chapel from 6:00-8:00 p.m.
