MaryRuth Ormsbee passed away Thursday July 18, 2024 at Baylor Grapevine. MaryRuth Ormsbee was born July 27, 1936 in Paris, Lamar County, Texas to William Joseph Pope Jr. and Winifred Ruth Jones. She was an only child. She graduated from Arlington Heights High School.
She was a life time member of Veterans of Foreign Wars. She worked as an insurance claims adjuster until she retired. MaryRuth volunteered at All Saints Hospital day surgery for 10 years. She enjoyed doing this very much.
She was preceded in death by her father William Joseph Pope Jr and her mother Winifred Ruth Jones.
Resided in Haltom City Texas with her husband of 40 years. Survived by husband Clyde R. Ormsbee Sr. and 4 children Dwayne C. Louden, Suzan Metcalf, James Reaxes and Carla Wilson. Many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Sylvia Williams her best friend of more than 40 years. Her little dog and elderly cat.
