Dear Marie and Louie,  I am so sorry about your loss.  My Dad has always spoken very highly of your father and grandfather.   My thoughts have been with you since I heard about his passing.

Grandpa,
No one has been more proud of his or her grandfather than me.  Your charm and charisma made you the center of attention of every party and get together.  As a child, I admired how everyone gravitated to you during an event.  

The easiest way to paint a room; the appropriate way to wax a black car; the importance of not giving away to much information when negotiating; how to tease someone effectively and how to enjoy a great meal are just a few of the basics I have learned from you.

I will miss you tremendously and will remember you forever

My most cherished memory of Tommy is how welcomed he made me feel when I joined the family a few years ago.  From the first time I met Tommy and Vera, I knew they were of a strong family tradition who loved and were proud of their daughters and grandchildren.  When Marie and I would visit with them, the talk would always go to family stories, both present and past and always over a glass of wine.  They were so proud of their family heritage.  I'll miss Tommy and feel the sorrow of his passing.  My love to all the family.

Dear Louie, Marie and family,

I was so saddened to hear about the recent death of Thomas. After watching your family video and tribute, I was touched by the many cherished memories all the photos represented. Marie, your father was very handsome and the family resemblance is unmistakable! Even though I never had the privilege of meeting him, you could sense his kind spirit, and the love and loyalty between your parents. Vera, my heart aches for you in this crushing loss to you and your family.

Although nothing can diminish the enormity of your pain, I want you to know that you are all in my thoughts and prayers during this fragil time. I pray in the quiet moments you will know the deep comfort only God's presence can give, and that His love will tenderly surround and sustain you in the weeks and months ahead.

My Dear Aunt Vera,Marie & Joanne & Family, I write this note to you all crying one minute & then thinking about how sweet & funny your dad was to us kids & hearing that laugh & seeing how his face lite up when he smiled, but most of all I remember the look of LOVE in both Tommy & Veras face when they spoke or how he teased her. I grew up surounded with Love how lucky I was. God bless him I remember him working on the farm so hard for years but there always was that Smile & laugh no matter how tired he was cutting all that grass & taking care of all that property on the farm & his home. It is with great sadness that we heard of the loss of Tommy !  We are so sorry that we are so far away at this time of great loss.  We will always remember his great smile and personality that everyone loved.  I will always remember as a child when we came over to get our hair cut and he would make his peanut butter, lettuce and bacon sandwich....it was great and when ever I have a taste for it...I think of him. To my Dad,
Dad, I will miss you so much. I am so glad I moved you and Mom from Ohio to our home in Redlands. You were with me and my husband Michael for almost four years. I moved to Redlands nearly 30 years ago, so we were apart for many years. I have good memories of you, but my children, Josie, Lorenzo, Sara & Tina were young when we moved and missed alot of what a wonderful person you were.  It was very hard for me to watch you decline the time you were with us. I feel so sorry my kids and my grandkids, Christian, Thomas and Melissa didn't know the man you really were. 
You are in a better place now. God bless you. Save a spot for me.
