Mr. Haynes was born in Fredonia Ohio on February 16, 1936 to the late Murl and Luella (Bailey) Haynes. He died on January 26, 2012 at the Selma Markowitz Center operated by Hospice of Central Ohio. He was 75.
Franklin served in the US Army and worked as a heavy equipment operator most of his life, and enjoyed raising animals on his farm.
He is preceded in death by his brothers and sister. He is survived by his wife whom he married August 19, 1989 Linda (Newhouse) Haynes, daughter Deborah (Randy) York, her daughter Cassie and his great-grandson Chance.
Also surviving are Linda’s children Amy Lacey and her daughter Caitlyn Rice, Andrew (Jessica) Cochran and their children Cassandra, Aleaha, and Haley.
