I had Mrs. Doll in Kindergarten and 2nd grade. My best friend Beth and I were just reminiscing about her this evening and how much we loved her and decided to look her up and found this obit...we couldn’t believe she just passed away months before. She was our favorite teacher in elementary school back in the 80s. My sincere condolences to the family. What a gentle and loving lady she was.

Aunt Hilda was the best Aunt anyone could have asked for. She never criticized...only listened, and advised, with love and understanding in her heart (I honestly don't think she ever yelled at me, though I'm sure I deserved it many times, LOL). She loved everyone in the family with all her heart, and never picked favorites (she always made us feel very important to her).

The earth is a much lonelier place without Hilda Doll in it.

Until we meet again....

My Aunt Hilda was absolutely the most genuine person I ever met. She was there for our family in any situation we needed. She gave unconditionally with no questions asked. If you were in need of a hug, you wanted it to be from her. Her heart was truly felt in her hugs. Her advice was also given even if the truth hurt. This was because she cared and only wanted the very best for us! She taught us so much and the memories we have will stay with us for the rest of our lives. We will miss her presence here on earth but are pleased for her as we know she is present with the Lord💕
