Judith Mitchell Glenn Seba was born on January 8, 1936 in Chester, Pennsylvania to Edward and Mary Mitchell. Judy departed this life on January 31, 2015 at the age of 79. Judy was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She devoted her life to the care of others. After raising her children, she obtained her Bachelors and Masters degrees from Texas Woman’s University. She retired from Presbyterian Hospital of Plano where she served as Director of Rehabilitation Services. Her interests include her family, traveling, enjoying the outdoors, and serving her church. She is survived by her loving husband Richard Seba; her children Rob Glenn, Cindy Webb, Rick Glenn, and Sandy Jacobs; her step-children Cindy Seba, Don Seba, and Rick Seba; her sister Jan Dame; along with 15 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, February 4th at 4:00pm at Christ United Methodist Church, 3101 Coit Road, Plano, Texas 75075. Reception immediately following.
