Ha Thi Tran

Mrs. Ha Thi Tran 61, passed away peacefully on Thursday July 13, 2017 at her home in Bethel, CT. She is the devoted wife of Hoa Van Tran, loving mother of Mary Hao Tran, Bill Huy (Katie) Tran, and Michelle Thuy (Johnny) Phothisarath, and caring grandmother of Matthew Hieu, Carrie Han, Kenneth Huy, Bradley Khoa, Khloe Vy, and Olivia Than.

Ha was born and raised in Haiphong, Vietnam where she married her husband in 1977. They immigrated to the United States in 1981 to pursue a better life. She had a successful career in Aerospace Manufacturing. She provided a warm and supportive home for her children and took great pride in all of their accomplishments. She was a talented chef who truly enjoyed entertaining family and friends.

Family and friends are invited to her wake on Friday July 21 from 4:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Green Funeral Home 57 Main Street, Danbury, CT. Family and friends are invited to Catholic funeral mass on Saturday July 22 at 10:30 at Saint Peter Church 121 Main Street, Danbury, CT, funeral procession to Saint Peter Cemetery 73 Kenosia Avenue, Danbury, CT, closing with lunch at the Tran Residence 34 Plumtrees Road, Bethel, CT.
