She is survived by her husband Joao Antonio and her 2 sons plus 5 grandchildren. Her son, Jeff Antonio with children Phoebe and Sebastian of Fairhaven, and son Mike Antonio, wife Erin Senay and children Issac, Silas and Caris of Westport.

Zulmira loved her family and was extremely close to her siblings; the late Augusta Lemos of South Dartmouth, the late Tina Jacinto of South Dartmouth, the late Joe Vargas of South Dartmouth as well as her 2 surviving sisters, Ceu Vargas of North Dartmouth and Edwina Santos of South Dartmouth and her husband Manuel as well as brother-in-law Jose Jacinto. My deepest condolences to the entire family, her husband John, her two sons, her grandchildren, her two sisters, her Tia, her nephews, nieces, and the rest of her extended family. I am very sad because, Zulmira was one of the funniest cousins I had ever met. She could cut up some funny and dirty jokes and have you falling off your chair with laughter. That’s how I will remember her. I believe that you are in heaven with the rest of the family who went before you. Rest In Peace Zulmira.

My aunt Myra was the wackiest, funniest aunt I could have ever imagined. She could always spin something to make us all erupt into laughter. She will be greatly missed. Love Stacy
