Frances Rubio, 61, of Englewood Colorado, passed away on March 4th 2014, peacefully with her family by her side. Frances was born in Trinidad Colorado to Tony Rubio and Tillie Muniz who she now is reunited with. Frances career was in business administration in the cancer research field. She was affiliated with many clubs and organizations and had a warm place in her heart for all animals.
Frances is survived by her siblings Patricia (Micheal) Charlotte, Andrea (Conrad), Anthony, Margaret (Steve), John (Linda), Joseph (Berlinda), Richard, and Sister in law Victoria, many nieces and nephews, great neices and nephews, and her fur family Ruby Raven, Bandit Joe and Stella Luna her dogs.
