He served in the PA National Guard from 1955 to 1959 as a SP4 E-4 LT Truck Driver.
He was a member of the Federal Law Enforcement Board, Warden-PA of Fish and Game, an investigator in the Philadelphia Warrant and Fugitive Unit and also the Intelnet World Wide Investigators. He was the owner of a detective agency and a National Maritime Representative for Industrial Technical and Professional Division in 1967.
He is survived by his wife Loretta Fuss; sons Clark Jr., Robert, Brian; sister Marilyn Mahony; brother Leroy Fuss; and 3 grandchildren, Clark III, Robert Jr., and Brian Jr.
He was preceded in death by his son, Stephen Fuss.
