He was born in Bergenfield, NJ on November 16, 1929. He is survived by two daughters, Jeanette Gail Brewer and Ricki Loines, 6 grandchildren and more than a dozen great grandchildren.
After an honorable discharge from the Navy, he became a police officer in Hawthorne, NJ. He was a Masonic Lodge member for over 60 years. Richard loved traveling, square dancing and entertaining.
A celebration of his life will be from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. at the Masonic Lodge, 2532 9th Avenue, Greeley on Tuesday, December 19, 2017.
