

Clarence T. Sager died on August 19, 2010 in Gresham, Oregon at the age of 80. Clarence was born on January 30, 1930 in Rock Springs, Wyoming to Clarence and Nora (Walters) Sager. He grew up in Lander and Riverton, Wyoming.
In 1949 Clarence graduated from Fremont County Vocational High School in Lander, Wyoming. Clarence married Marilynn Peery on April 27, 1963 in Lander Wyoming. He worked in the parts equipment department at the Uranium Mines out of Riverton, Wyoming. In 1966 he moved to Oregon where he lived in Oregon City and then Gresham, Oregon.
Clarence belonged to the Episcopal Church faith. In Portland he worked as an auto parts salesman at several area car dealerships. He was a member of the Multnomah Masonic Lodge # 1 in Oregon City. He was also a member of Pioneer Chapter # 28 of the Order of Eastern Star in Oregon City.
Clarence enjoyed outdoor activities including camping, rock hunting and hiking on the beach.
Survivors include his wife Marilynn, of Gresham, two daughters, Jeri Sager-Roach and her husband Barry Roach of Vancouver, WA., and Nancy and her husband John Arbenz, of Lander, Wyoming, son, Tom Jones of Lander, Wyoming, brother Robert and his wife Shirley Sager of Menan, Idaho and six grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 17, 2010 at 3:00 p.m. at Bateman Carroll Funeral Home located at 520 W. Powell Blvd. in Gresham, Oregon.
