

Glenn was born in Indianapolis, Indiana to Oscar and Dorotha Clark in 1929. As a child, he spent most spare time, in the country where he learned to hunt and fish. His love of these activities continued throughout his adulthood.
In 1952, in a quaint town Carlisle, Pennsylvania, he met and married, Betty June Kunkle. She was the love of his life and their marriage lasted for 63 years, until his passing.
Glenn served in the Army during the period of 1955 – 1957, when he was honorably discharged.
Glenn was owner and CEO of ITEC inc., a telecommunications company located in Huntsville, Alabama. He began his career as an installer for ITT before founding ITEC inc. in 1967, retiring in 2001.
Survivors include his loving wife of 63 years, Betty J. Clark of Huntsville; one daughter, Vickie Rice of Plainfield, IN; two sons, Duane A. Clark of Huntsville and Steve D. Clark and daughter in law, Kimberly M. Clark of Huntsville; three cherished grandsons, Christopher A. Clark (Janet) of Huntsville, Jeremy Clark of Auburn and Jason Clark of Tuscaloosa; one very exceptional and dear to his heart great grandchild, Carson of Huntsville.
Funeral service will be Sunday, July 10, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. at Valhalla Funeral Home with burial to follow. Visitation will be Saturday, July 9, 2016 from 5 – 7 p.m. at Valhalla Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Duane Clark, Steve Clark, Christopher Clark, Jeremy Clark, Jason Clark, Harry Garber, Dan Young and Phil White.
