Marjorie Walker Pledger, 90, a resident of Jackson, AL passed away on Saturday, May 16, 2015 at her home. She was a homemaker and a member of Stave Creek Baptist Church. Mrs. Pledger was preceded in death by her parents, Grady Walker and Littie Stacia Walker, husband, Raymond V. Pledger, siblings, Delmos Walker, Louise Walker, Alice DeWitt, Dolly Sheffield and Myrtle Green. She is survived by her son, Don (Katie) Pledger of Jackson and two grandchildren, Kay Tarver and Brian Hayes. Visitation will be held at Stave Creek Baptist Church on Tuesday, May 19, 2015 from 2:30PM until the 3:00PM funeral time with Bro. Bill Ellis officiating. Burial will follow in the Stave Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
