Mildred Mary Lapka, 77, Belton, Missouri, passed away August 31, 2011. Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m., with Rosary at 7:30 p.m., Friday, September 2, at Mt. Moriah & Freeman Funeral Home, 10507 Holmes Road. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, September 3, at Coronation of Our Lady Catholic Church, 13000 Bennington, Grandview, Missouri 64030. Interment in Mt. Moriah Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Church. Mrs. Lapka was an active member of Coronation Catholic Church, Red Hat and Altar Society, Toast Mistresses, and several other church organizations. She was also a member of the Boy Scouts Mothers Club. Mildred had worked in Civil Service for 27 years. She was preceded in death by two children Michael Paul Lapka, Katherine Ann Price and granddaughter Rachel Heidi Price. She is survived by her husband of 57 years George J. Lapka, Jr.; son George J.
