John Robinson Bosson, age 89, passed away peacefully at The Pointe At Lifespring, December 17, 2017. John was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church. He was a Navy veteran of the Korean Conflict. John worked for Y-12 as an electrician until his retirement in 1993. He was a member of the IBEW for over 60 years. He loved hunting and fishing. Preceded in death by his beloved wife, Marian Bosson; niece, Holly Bosson; brother, Jimmy Bosson. Survived by his daughter Elizabeth Bosson and husband Steve Berry; nephew Vaughan Bosson; niece, Cindy Rich and nephews, Mike and Steve Rich. Special thanks to the staff at The Pointe At Lifespring for their special care and attention to John. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 5:00-7:00 pm at Weaver Funeral Home. Family and friends will meet Thursday at 9:45 am at Lynnhurst Cemetery for a 10:00 am interment.
