Robert Charles Gray, 88, passed away on Thursday, March 25, 2021. Born in Mt. Holly, NJ to Charles Burtis and Charlotte Morris Gray, Bob graduated from Pemberton High School in 1950, after attending a one room school house in Chatsworth until his HS junior year. He served in the Air Force 1951-1955, during the Korean Conflict, doing ground radio repair. He is survived by his brother Wayne Gray, and four children: Kathy Gray, Meggin and Jon Vitarius, Rob and Lorrie Gray, and Chris and Susan Gray. He also leaves behind ten grandchildren, and ten great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 17th from 5-7pm at the Quinn Hopping Funeral Home, 145 E. Mt. Pleasant Ave., Livingston, NJ. A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, June 18th at 10am at Holy Trinity Episcopal Church, 315 Main St., West Orange, NJ. (On the same date and in the same church as Bob and Lois were married in!) The internment of Bob’s ashes will follow at Restland Memorial Park in East Hanover. Meggin, I am so sorry to hear about the passing of your dad. I know how much he meant to you and your family. When I think of my father I think of all the good times because I don’t recall any bad. You have many people who love you and we are all wishing you the best during this difficult time. Diane
