        Even though we have not spoken in awhile, I thought about and asked about you often. I want you to know I always appreciated everything you did for me over the years. Through your hard work and long hours you always made sure we had everything we needed. Although you technically haven't been my "step dad" in years, I will always refer to you that way.  I will cherish the good memories I have of you and the fun times we had as a family. I hope you knew that you were always loved and you will truly be missed. Rest In Peace Mark.

          I first would like to thank you on raising such a wonderful daughter. Morgan tells me all the time how she got her work ethic from you and how you help to mold her into the person she is today. I may not have spent a lot of time with you but in the short time I have I can tell that you are a great guy  and how much you loved your tools and your kids. I look forward to hearing more wonderful stories. Rip peace Mark, wish I could have spent more time getting to know you and no worries I will take great care of your daughter.

My high school years were spent growing up with the Gaz family. Megan, Sheryl and Mark were so helpful to me all throughout my teenage years. Mark was hard working, often misunderstood but I believed he loved his cars, tools and family the same..just shown differently. I will cherish the memories shared with Mark and the Gaz family. Me and Megan have been great friends since the beginning of our high school years and Mark called us "White Bread and Wheat Bread"  and He was our "Lil' Fat Dad".His favorite phrase with us was "What the frick?!", but he always had a fix for our frick ups. He will be missed and he will never, ever be forgotten. Rest peacefully Mark Gaz.

The words "thank you" wouldn't be enough to describe how grateful I am for how much you've done for me.  From taking me into your home at a young age,  buying me my first car to getting me a great job with you. When I heard the news that you passed, it left me broken inside.  You were like the father I never had. You taught me things, spent time with me,  even had a few beers together. I'll never forget the long nights we spent in the garage,  or the early morning drives and talks we had on our way into work.  I'll always cherish the awesome memories I have of you.  Rest peacefully. Love you Mark.

I don't know if I will ever fully be able to put together all of the words that I want to say to you.I want to thank you for showing me what the definition of a hardworking provider is.  You taught me everything I know about cars, the importance of work ethics and independence. This was a lesson I regretted at the time but cannot thank you enough for now.  I would not be half of the woman I am today if it wasn't for you teaching me how to maneuver through life on my own. You were one of my biggest supporters and always had my back, even if you didn't agree with my decisions. The memories I have with you I will cherish forever, whether it was you and I decorating the outside of the house for Christmas, while mom and Morgan did the inside, riding to the store with you just so we could get candy and sit in the back of your pick up truck, to all of your effort to put on 4th of July fireworks show for Mom, Morgan and I. Dad, I hope that you are finally at peace and that I can continue to make you proud of me. Please watch over us, provide guidance as you know we will need it, until we meet again. I love you.

Dear Mark,
I don't know where to begin.  First and foremost, I want to tell you how blessed and honored I am to be the mother of our daughters.  They are beautiful, intelligent and independent women. You instilled such a strong work ethic, and taught them the respect for the dollar.  This taught the girls how to be self sufficient at a very young age.  I love that about them.  All from you. Although you and I have broken each other's heart many times....there was love between us. I will always be greatful for everything that we accomplished together. I’ll never forget you Mark, and pray you are be at peace. My promise to you, will be to continue to love and guide Megan and Morgan for the rest of my life.

Mark was my next door neighbor for several years....He and I would just talk over the fence just about every evening, he would even cook me a steak once in awhile and bring me home some pasta salad from a party he had just been at.  Mark was my "go to"  the big brother I  never had, even tho I have three.  I will miss him more than you know and will always cherish our last conversation. Love you Mark and Rest In Peace my dear friend. 

I was very sad to hear of Marks passing and only hope now he is at peace and enjoying his next step of his journey. Mark was a hard working family man and a man of few words but a man who could be counted on when needed especially when it came to car problems. Mark will be sadly missed but i am sure he knows he was loved and respected by those who knew him.

Mark was known to myself and my children as Big daddy! My girls were very fond of him and he always had a great big smile for them on Friday nights coming into Bet & Jessie’s to pick up fish for dinner! Mark also worked on my car for me, being a struggling single parent he gave me a break on cost to fix my car I will never forget you.

We always had a difficult relationship and always struggled to connect. I think the biggest problem is that I am a reflection of you. You were a hard worker, great provider for us, and a person everyone can count on. Throughout the years we had the type of love that was there but unspoken. Looking back on our relationship I wish we could of worked harder to have something strong. But, i think we were so stubborn and content, that we let time slip away. Dad I know your soul is at peace and you can finally rest now. Watch over Megan and I and guide us on the rest of our journey. Until we meet again.... your daughter ❤️

Mark always showed kindness to me. He would always pick me up when I needed a ride, had a broke down car, gave me a car to borrow when mine wasn’t working and would always work on my car whenever I needed him to, putting my car before others because I was the Mother of his Grandson. Thank you Mark for all you did and for loving Conner and I. Rest peacefully until I see you again❤️
