Julia Kelly Hendrick, 94, passed away on Wednesday, December 16, 2020. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, December 19, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Macon Memorial Park Cemetery with the Rev. Steve Waller and the Rev. Chris Mullis officiating. The family will greet friends following the service. For those attending, masks and social distancing are required. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hartley Bridge Road Church of Christ, 3465 Hartley Bridge Road, Macon GA 31216.
Julia was born in Hancock, County to the late Tom and Beatrice Kelly. She was preceded in death by her husband, Glen Hendrick; son, Tommy G. Hendrick; sisters, Ellen Weldon, Anne Shope, Margaret Miller, Dot Patterson, Blanche (Jay) Kelly; and her brother, Willard Kelly. She was a member of Hartley Bridge Road Church of Christ. Julia was a dedicated homemaker and taking great care of her family and friends. She was an avid gardener and loved working outside caring for her yard and others.
She is survived by her son, Terry (Mary) Hendrick; daughter-in-law, Judy Hendrick; grandchildren, Mike Hendrick, Wesley Hendrick, Russell Hendrick, Kelly Mullis and Kevin and Todd Bryant; and several nieces, Brenda, Carla, Linda and Lisa.
