We had the privilege of being neighbors with Moe and Louise for 20+ years. When we moved in, they were the first to welcome us into the neighborhood. We became fast friends. Moe was always busy doing something. We’ll never know the many times he lent a helping hand to others. He did a lot for so many people. My son would see Moe outside working and would almost always end up being Moes apprentice for the day. We love and miss Moe and Louise dearly. We are honored to call them friends!

We always enjoyed his visits to Oklahoma.he could find project to do that kept him so busy, yet he was always happy to visit and share his wisdom. He loved his family with all his heart, and it showed. hate the pain in your hearts that come when we have to give a parent up.However he has no more cares this world can cause us. He will be missed and thought of often.

Like Mr. Chenelle, I am an Air Force Veteran and a Contracting Officer. I am a beneficiary of the automated contracting systems which Mr. Chenelle pioneered years ago.

I am grateful for his service to our country as an active-duty Airman and Civil Servant, and for the work he did to advance our profession. He obviously lived a life of dedication and devotion. I offer my since condolences to the Chenelle Family, friends, and community.
