Lucie L. Brown, age 95, of Kenner, Louisiana passed away on Wednesday July 3, 2019. Lucie was born February 4, 1924 in Nice, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, France.

Lucie is survived by; step-sons Jeffrey and Steve Brown. And was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Lt. Cmdr. Baldwin B. Brown, brothers; Louis and Joseph Stramaccioni, sister; Yolande Stramaccioni.

She worked as a restaurant manager on the French Riviera for many years in Nice, France; and has resided in the Metairie, and Kenner areas since 1971.
