Mae Ducote Culligan

Mae Ducote Culligan passed away peacefully with her children by her side on Tuesday, March 6, 2018. She was 98. Mrs. Culligan was born in Hessmer, LA on May 1, 1919. She moved to New Orleans at an early age and lived most of her life in Gentilly. She was preceded in death by her parents, Isma Michoud Ducote and Edgar Ducote; her first husband, Christopher F. McFaull; her husband of 43 years, S. Raymond Culligan; her first born son, Christopher P. McFaull; her sister, Eva Ducote and her grandson, Christopher P. Arnoult. She will be sadly missed by her children Patricia McFaull Arnoult, Linda Culligan LaPorte (Dan), John L. Culligan (Kimberly); 5 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 4747 Veterans Memorial Blvd., near Clearview Pkwy., in Metairie, LA on Monday, March 12, 2018 beginning at 11:00 AM with a Funeral Mass to follow at 1:00 PM in Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home’s chapel.
