R. L. Henry

I was proud to call Mr. Henry my friend for over 40 plus years. He and I had a almost instant friendship. He taught me about railroading and most importantly taught me about people. Mr. R.L was a simple man brought up in tough times and he talked to me at length about a lot of his life experiences which I will always remember. Mr. Henry was old school and when he told you he was your friend it also was a badge of honor you could wear proudly. He did not pass those words unless he truly meant it. I will always miss Mr. Henry. I was proud to call him friend. May god bless his family.
