A native of Slovakia, Lily is predeceased by her husband Stanley and is survived by her children Camille (André), James (Irena) and Lucy-Ann (Francis). She was a loving grandmother to Brigitte, Viviane (Adam), Aaron and Natasha, and to great-grandsons William and Owen.
She was keenly interested in politics, a supporter of the arts, loved to read and was known for her elegant fashion savvy and style. Family was important to Lily. She kept in touch with family members near and far and forged strong bonds with extended family members by hosting annual family gatherings.
Lily enjoyed many adventures with Stan during their sixty-two years of marriage. They shone on the dance floor, dazzling many with their smooth, graceful rhythm. They traveled extensively, especially in their later years, enjoying cruises to warm destinations. Lily’s smiling personality won her the affection of people, even up to her final days.
