William (Tom) Patton, 84, passed away Friday June 28, 2019 at his residence in North Fort Myers. Mr. Patton was a retired Pre-Need Sales Counselor for National Cremation Society and a former owner-operator of Tom’s Barber Shop in Pontiac, Michigan. He and his wife, Barbara, moved from Palatine, Ill to Florida in 1991. He will be remembered for his sense of humor, unique laugh, kind heart and gentle spirit. He is survived by his wife and daughters, Tondah Showers of Keego Harbor, MI and Tracy (Vince) Gordon of Belgrade, MT, his son Tod K Patton (Heidi) of Northbrook, Ill, grandson Kyle Showers of Waterford, Michigan, granddaughter, Allison Showers of Vero Beach, Florida and Sisters-in and-law, Jeanette Patton, Davison, MI and Geneva Patton, Waterford, MI. A Memorial Service will be held for Tom later at the Good Shepherd United Methodist Church, 2951 Trail Dairy Circle, North Fort Myers, Florida on Thursday, November 7, 2019 at 11:00 AM. Memorials may be given in his name to the Good Shepherd UMC Building Fund.
